Dear friends, when booking, we ask you to take into account the generally accepted standard check-in-check-out times. Check-in after 12.00, check-out before 11.00.

Breakfasts are not included in room rates.

If canceled less than 3 weeks in advance, a prepayment of $ 100 is non-refundable.

If canceled a day or less, a $ 200 fee will be charged.

In case of early departure, the payment made for the accommodation is non-refundable.
